Hi, and welcome to my website, LoveandlossOG. Here you will find a safe space for remembrance, my blog where I share the raw and unfiltered life of a grieving mama, and my special handmade keepsake shop.
I created this brand in honour of my daughter Olivia-Grace, who tragically passed away at 5 weeks 2 days old from severe brain damage. Since living life with the grief of baby loss, I have become a loud advocate within our loss mama community, and have found a passion in writing and crafting my way through grief.
I am the author of "A Loss Mum's Journal. A Memoir: Life After Losing You", a 5 star read on Amazon and Goodreads, sharing my true story of love and loss, and connecting and validating you in your own grief journey ❤️
I handcraft special, meaningful and beautiful remembrance keepsakes, and items for all seasons of motherhood and pregnancy after loss, hoping to bring a small piece of comfort to your aching heart.
I pour my heart and soul into LoveandlossOG, and I hope I can be of some support to you in your own journey, always wondering "can grief be both my enemy and my friend?"

I found comfort in writing to my little miss, talking to her and pouring my messy and painful grief emotions onto a blank piece of paper, in the hopes my desperate longing and tears would find their way through the pages to wherever she was.
